Terms and Conditions

JDP Credits have no expiration date, providing you with the flexibility to use them at any time.

JDP Credits can only be used at Joy Division Padel for:

  • Court Bookings: Reserve padel courts directly on the JDP website.
  • Coaching Sessions & Clinics: Redeem for private or group coaching, as well as specialized clinics.
  • Tournaments & Events: Use credits to join JDP-hosted competitions, leagues, or special events.
  • JDP Merchandise: Purchase Joy Division Padel-branded items, including T-shirts, rackets, balls, grips, and other approved merchandise.

JDP Credits cannot be redeemed for merchandise or services provided by collaboration partners or external vendors (e.g., Kin accessories or Padelity products).

Bonus credits (e.g., RM100 bonus in RM1000 package) are funded by JDP and restricted to eligible redemptions. They cannot be converted into cash.

JDP Credits are non-refundable and tied to the purchaser’s account. They cannot be transferred to another individual or account.

JDP Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or used to offset unrelated payments. Customers must provide sufficient credit balance at the time of booking or purchase.

Misuse or violations of the terms will result in suspension or forfeiture of credits without a refund. All credit transactions are subject to management approval.

JDP reserves the right to amend terms without prior notice. Continued use of credits constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

JDP is not responsible for any inability to redeem credits on products or services no longer available, including changes in merchandise or partnerships.

By purchasing, holding, or using JDP Credits, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
